Membership
As all easement owners and everyone in the neighboorhood, you have beach access contingent upon functional, safe stairs. The cost of maintaining this structure is easily shared when all contribute to annual neighborhood fees.
Fees for 2026: $130 for all residents, easement and non-easement.
Extra or replacement keys can also be purchased for an additional $25.
To join or renew, click here to get the 2026 MVDIC form and bring it (with payment to MVDIC) to any meeting, or mail to:

Membership fees are due the weekend before Memorial Day. All unpaid memberships after that date will have their keys deactivated. Keys will only be activated once a week. If you need an immediate key after the end of May you will need to purchase an extra key for an additional $25. Thanks for your patience.
